1. About TradeKwote

TradeKwote provides an AI-powered quote generation service for UK tradespeople. By using TradeKwote you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@tradekwote.com

2. The Service

• TradeKwote generates professional PDF quotes from information you provide
• The AI-generated content is a starting point. You are responsible for checking all quotes before sending to customers
• We do not guarantee that quotes will result in won jobs
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any quotes sent to your customers

3. Free Tier

• New users receive 3 free quotes lifetime
• Free quotes include a TradeKwote watermark
• No payment card is required for free quotes
• Free quotes cannot be restored once used

4. Paid Subscriptions

• Pro plan: £29/month or £290/year (annual saves 2 months)
• Team plan: £49/month or £490/year (annual saves 2 months)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and billing period until you cancel
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied — email hello@tradekwote.com

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TradeKwote for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Share your account with others (Team plan excluded)
• Use the service to generate fraudulent quotes or misrepresent your business

6. Intellectual Property

• TradeKwote owns the platform, technology and brand
• You own the content of your quotes. Your job descriptions, pricing and customer information remain yours
• You grant TradeKwote permission to process your content solely to provide the service

7. Limitation of Liability

• TradeKwote is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for any loss of business, lost jobs or financial loss resulting from use of the service
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days

8. Referrals

You can share your personal referral link from the dashboard or Settings. If someone signs up to TradeKwote through your link and makes their first payment for Pro or Team, you get one month free.

• The person you refer must be new to TradeKwote, sign up through your link, and not have used TradeKwote before under another account
• You can't refer yourself, another account of yours, or anyone signing up from your device. We check for this and may hold a reward while we look into it
• One free month per person you refer, up to 12 free months in any 12-month period
• A free month is worth one month of the plan you're on (Pro or Team). We apply it to the way you pay for TradeKwote: as a credit on your next bill, or as an App Store or Google Play offer code. If you're on the Free plan, we'll apply it when you move to Pro or Team
• Free months have no cash value and can't be exchanged, sold or transferred
• Share your link with people you know. Don't send it as spam or use paid adverts to promote it
• We may withhold or remove a reward if we believe the scheme has been misused, or if the payment that earned it is refunded or reversed
• We may change or end the referral scheme at any time. Rewards you've already earned will still be honoured

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
